During these difficult and uncertain times, our online store remains open and all online orders will be processed for delivery. Please note there is an increased risk of delays due to strain on postal services. If you have a specific deadline for delivery please let our customer service team know and we will try our very best to make sure you receive your order in time.
Please note, we have changed from the usual 12pm cut off time as our local distribution centre has recently updated its operation times. All orders before 10pm will be dispatched the next working day. No orders will be dispatched on Wednesdays.

We offer a range of delivery methods which you are able to select during the checkout process. For detailed information on delivery times and charges please see the table below. Please note that we might not be able to ship to all overseas territories and military bases and we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.

*Orders placed on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday will be despatched the following day. Orders placed on Tuesday will be despatched on Thursday. Any orders placed after 12 pm GMT on Friday or over the weekend will be despatched the next working day.
** For mainland UK addresses, your order will be delivered by 1 pm the following working day after shipment, including on Saturday. Orders to some non-mainland UK addresses will be delivered by 5.30pm within 3 working days after shipment.
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
If your order is being shipped to a country outside the EU, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied when it reaches your destination. You will need to pay these to release your order from Customs.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
When ordering from our site your item will arrive wrapped in one of our luxurious signature gift boxes. These boxes are amply sized and your items are well protected.

We offer the following delivery options:
- UK Standard Delivery (2 – 3 working days)
- UK Express Delivery (Next working day – order by 12 pm GMT)
- £6 (free on orders over £120)
- FREE on all UK orders.
- Shipped by Royal Mail.
- Delivery in 2 – 3 working days.
- You will receive an email once your order has been despatched.
- Your order will be delivered anytime between 8 am and 6 pm.
- If you are not around to take delivery of your order, you can contact the carrier directly to rearrange or the carrier will leave a calling card informing you how to rearrange your delivery.
- FREE on orders over £120.
- Shipped by Royal Mail.
- Orders for delivery received before 12 pm midday on Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 12 pm midday will take an additional day to be dispatched. If you order anytime on Saturday or up to midday on Sunday, you will receive your goods on the following Monday.
- Orders placed after midday on a Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
- Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2 working days later.
- You can specify an alternative delivery address to your billing address.
- Unfortunately, this service is not available to the following postcodes: AB, BT, GY, HS1-9, IM, IV1-56, JE, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, and ZE1-3.
Please note that certain services might be restricted in some areas and deliveries may take longer (these areas are listed above). We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure; for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

We offer delivery to a wide range of international destinations. Please note that local import duties may be payable on receipt. International delivery times vary depending on destination. Shipping to Europe please expect 5-7 working days. International shipping please expect 7-10 working days.
We use a variety of carriers and we will choose the most appropriate carrier depending on the weight, value, destination of your order and shipping method that was selected at the checkout. Standard orders may not always be sent via a tracked method and certain carriers may require a signature.

Customs & Import Duties
Please be advised that for countries outside the EU, as well as the Canary Islands, there may be taxes, fees or other charges that you will be expected to pay. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order these charges vary from country to country. We do not have any control over these charges and do not hold current duty rates on file.
If these local import and customs charges are refused or not paid by you, then the item could be returned to us or destroyed. If your order is not returned to us in these circumstances, we may not be able to refund you for your order. We would not be able to refund any original postage costs paid and can only refund for the returned products minus any costs incurred in returning them to us.
