We hope you’ll love your order, but if it isn’t quite right returning to us is easy.

Our Returns Policy

We offer free returns on all UK orders. For international returns, you’ll need to pay for return postage.

If you are in anyway unsatisfied with your purchase you can return your item for a full refund. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item(s) to notify us that you wish to return your item(s). This applies to both full price and sale items.

Please handle all items with care. Item(s) must be returned to us intact, undamaged and as soon as reasonably possible. Where provided, any original packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and tags should be included in your return. Please note that earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety. We will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where these instructions have not been followed.

Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact Customer Care immediately.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we would recommend returning the item back to us for a refund and placing a new order.

UK Returns

We hope you are pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, simply return to us for a full refund* by following the steps below within 30 days of receipt. We will process your refund when we receive your parcel.

Step 1 – Contact our customer service team by emailing: [email protected]. You will need to provide your order number. Once that’s completed, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label.

Step 2 – Complete the returns note. Simply choose return code(s) for item(s) you wish to return on the dispatch & returns note enclosed in your order.

Step 3 – Prepare your package. Repack your item in the original box and packaging and enclose the returns note.

Step 4 – Return via your preferred method. Send your return back via one of the two methods below safe in the knowledge that your return is winding its way back to us:

  • Option 1: Free Returns by Collect+Please stick the shipping label received from us on your parcel and take it to your nearest Collect+ store. Please retain the receipt of the tracking number.
  • Option 2: By Post via your own method. We recommend you use a recorded service so your parcel can be easily tracked, as these are at your own cost and we cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels. Please return unwanted item(s) to:

Step 5 – Wait for your refund. Your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days. Once processed we will confirm your refund by email.

International Returns

For international returns, you’ll need to pay for return postage.

Please return to us for a full refund* by following the steps below within 30 days of receipt. We will process your refund when we receive your parcel.

Step 1 – Contact our customer service team by emailing: [email protected]. You will need to provide your order number.

Step 2 – Complete the returns note. Simply choose return code(s) for item(s) you wish to return on the dispatch & returns note enclosed in your order.

Step 3 – Prepare your package. Repack your item in the original box and packaging and enclose the returns note.

Step 4 – Return via your preferred method. Please send your return via a trackable method, marking your package clearly as ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid delays at Customs. Obtain a valid proof of postage and hold onto it until you receive your refund or exchange.

Refunds

We will issue a full refund for items purchased on our website that are returned according to our Returns Policy. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card within 3-5 working days from processing your return.

If the date on your payment or credit card has expired or for any reason, the original card has been cancelled, please contact us so that we can update your payment type and ensure that your refund gets processed correctly.

We are unable to refund local sales taxes and/or customs duties that have been charged, however, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

If a promotional discount was applied to your original order, the amount charged and eventually refunded if necessary will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

We inspect all products sent before shipping to ensure the highest possible standards, but if for some reason the product you have received is not what your ordered or in some way faulty, please contact us immediately quoting your order number and details of the product you wished to purchase and/or stating the problem with the item received and specifying whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
